Gen tso's sauce (on vegetables)

Ingredients

| 1 | Clove garlic; pressed | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Red pepper flakes |
| ½ | teaspoon | Ginger; minced |
| ½ | cup | Light corn syrup |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Soy sauce |
Directions
"Stir fry" (in water) the garlic, red pepper, and ginger 1 min over medium heat.
Stir in everything else. Bring to boil. Cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Really good on green beans served on top of white rice.
