Ingredients

| 4 | Ice cubes | |
| Water | ||
| 1½ | cup | All-purpose flour |
| 1 | cup | Cold butter; cut into 1/2-inch |

Directions
In mixing bowl, mix flour and butter with hands - creating sheets. Don't work too much.
Add ice-cold water. Mix.
Pour out onto cutting board and separate into two piles. Form into pie crusts. Preferably, use glass pie dishes.
