Garlic-sauced vegetables

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Broccoli florets |
| 1 | cup | Cauliflower florets |
| 2 | tablespoons | Water |
| 1 | medium | Zucchini, sliced 1/4\" thick |
| 1 | cup | Mushrooms - fresh |
| 1 | each | Pepper - sweet, cut in strip |
| ¼ | cup | Butter or margarine |
| 1 | each | Garlic clove, quartered |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | dash | Salt |
Directions
On a large plate place broccoli and caiflower around outer edges.
Sprinkle with water. Cover with microwave-safe plastic wrap. Vent by leaving a small area unsealed at the edge. Nuke on high for 2 minutes. Place Zucchini, mushrooms and pepper in center. Nuke, covered, on high for 3 to 5 minutes more or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Carefully drain liquid by tilting the covered platter in direction of the vent. In a 1 cup microwave measure stir together margarine, garlic, pepper and salt. Nuke on high about 1 minute or until margarine is melted. Discard margarine. Drizzle over vegies.
