Garlic-sauced vegetables

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Broccoli florets
1 cup Cauliflower florets
2 tablespoons Water
1 medium Zucchini, sliced 1/4\" thick
1 cup Mushrooms - fresh
1 each Pepper - sweet, cut in strip
¼ cup Butter or margarine
1 each Garlic clove, quartered
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
1 dash Salt

On a large plate place broccoli and caiflower around outer edges.

Sprinkle with water. Cover with microwave-safe plastic wrap. Vent by leaving a small area unsealed at the edge. Nuke on high for 2 minutes. Place Zucchini, mushrooms and pepper in center. Nuke, covered, on high for 3 to 5 minutes more or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Carefully drain liquid by tilting the covered platter in direction of the vent. In a 1 cup microwave measure stir together margarine, garlic, pepper and salt. Nuke on high about 1 minute or until margarine is melted. Discard margarine. Drizzle over vegies.
