Fruitsalad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 Apples
2 Oranges
2 Bananas
1 small Can Mandarines
2 Eggwhites
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Almondslivers
1 tablespoon Rum

Directions

1. Peel all fruits and slice into small slices. 2. Add the mandarineslices 3. Beat the eggwhites with the sugar until stiff. 4.

Fold under the almondslivers. 5. Fill the fruits into 4 ovenproof bowls, pour a little rum over each and than heap the eggsnow on each. 6. Put into hot oven, shortly, just to brown the top of the eggsnow.
