Fruit & nut stuffed pork chops^

Ingredients

6Thick pork chops, with
Stuffing pocket cut
¼teaspoonPepper
2cupsItalian seasoned bread
Crumbs, divided
½cupPeeled chopped apple
cupShredded cheddar cheese
2tablespoonsFinely chopped pecans,
Toasted
¼teaspoonSalt
teaspoonApple pie spice
2tablespoonsMelted butter
1cupOrange juice, divided

Directions

Sprinkle chops with pepper; set aside.

Combine 1½ cups with remaining ingredients except for ½ cup orange juice.

Stuff each chop and coat with remaining bread crumbs.

Preheat oven to 350F.

Place chops in a 13X9X2" baking pan and drizzle with remaining orange juice.

Bake, covered, 20 minutes. Uncover and bake another 30-35 minutes.

Serve immediately.
