Frosted orange cookies

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking powder
¾ cup Butter
1 teaspoon Soda
2 Eggs
¾ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Milk
1 tablespoon Grated orange peel
⅓ cup Orange juice
3½ cup Flour
⅓ cup Orange juice
1 tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Grated orange peel

FROSTING

mix together, drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet, bake at 375 for 10 minutes, frost while warm Frosting: add enough powdered sugar until creamy, then frost.
