Freezing baked potatoes

1. Bake potatoes, then let cool. Scoop out potato and mash. Season and stuff mashed potato back into shells, if desired.
2. Tray freeze, then wrap shells individually. Seal, label, and freeze.
3. Cook by unwrapping and reheating in a 400 degree F oven until hot, about 30 minutes.
4. Freeze leftover baked potatoes unstuffed, then thaw and slice or cube them for creamed or scalloped potatoes, potato salad, or American fries.
