1 pounds | Cooked shrimp, chopped into bite-size pieces |
1½ cup | Half-and-half or heavy cream |
1 cup | Frozen peas, thawed |
¾ cup | Parmesan cheese, grated |
Bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil. Add fettuccine and cook about 7 minutes. Drain well; return to pot and add cream, peas and cheese over low heat, heat through.
