Foolproof chocolate cake

Measure Ingredient
2¼ cup Flour
2¼ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1½ teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Shortening
1 pinch Cinnamin
½ cup Cocoa
1½ cup Hot liquid coffee
3 larges Eggs -or-
4 smalls Eggs

Note: This cake may not come out tasting the same twice but it is always delicious.

Mix all of the above cake ingredients.

Add 3 big or 4 small eggs.

Bake 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
