| 10 | White peppercorns | |
| 5 | Dill sprigs, fresh | |
| 3 | Parsley sprigs | |
| 2 | Bay leaves | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dried thyme |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in 4- to 5-quart saucepan and bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 45 minutes. Strain through colander or cheesecloth-lined strainer before using. ---
