Ingredients

¼teaspoonCloves; ground
3Eggs
1cupFig preserves
1cupOil
1cupButtermilk
1tablespoonVanilla
½Stick butter; (1/4 cup)
½cupSugar
1tablespoonLight corn syrup
¼teaspoonBaking soda

Directions

GLAZE

Heat oven to 325 F. Combine cake ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 9x13" greased cake pan; bake for 45 minutes. Make glaze by combining ingredients and boiling for 3 minutes. Pour over cake while cake is warm.
