Fig and prosciutto sandwiches

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Loaf rosemary focaccia
3 \N Figs; cut in thin rounds
1 slice Prosciutto
1 \N Handful washed arugula
\N \N Olive oil
\N \N Freshly-ground black pepper; to taste

Thinly slice 4 pieces of focaccia vertically. Place layer of figs on one piece of focaccia. Add a slice of prosciutto and a handful of arugula.

Sprinkle arugula with olive oil. Season with pepper to taste. Press firmly on sandwich to flatten. Cut in half. Makes 2 sandwiches.
