Fifteen bean soup (vegan)

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 1 lb 4 oz 15 bean soup package. Follow dirs on pkg for soaking
1 Onions, chopped
1 Clove garlic, chopped
3 Cans DelMonte Italian style stewed tomatoes
1 teaspoon Chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste

After soaking beans overnight, drain the beans and add remaining ingredients (do not drain tomatoes). Cook over low heat for several hours until beans are tender.
