|1 large||Red onion diced|
|1 pack||(10-oz) of frozen chopped spinach thawed|
|1||Jar FF spaghetti sauce ( I use health choice garlic and herb)|
|16 ounces||Cooked ziti|

Toss the veggies with the pasta, sauce and spinach. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. If your diet allows you can top with FF mozzarella cheese before baking.
I always make two batches, it freezes very well.
