Yield: 2 Servings
|4 ounces||Eggless fettucine|
|1 cup||1% cottage cheese|
|2 tablespoons||Parmesan cheese|
|2 teaspoons||Butter flavored sprinkles (Butter Buds)|
|¼ teaspoon||Garlic powder|
Cook fettucine according to pkg. directions, omitting salt. While pasta is cooking, prepare sauce; combine remaining ingredients in food processor (or blender) and process until VERY smooth, 3 to 4 minutes. Drain pasta and cool slightly. Mix with sauce and serve immediately (sauce separates if it stands too long). Add pepper to taste.
