Feta greek salad

Ingredients

1smallRomaine lettuce torn into bite size pieces
3Tomatoes; cut up
1Onion; thinly sliced
1Green pepper
¼cupOlive oil
2tablespoonsVinegar seeded and chopped
1Cucumber; peeled & sliced
1cupBlack olives, Greek
½poundsFeta cheese sliced or cut into chunks
1pinchOregano salt and pepper to taste

Directions

DRESSING

Chill all vegetables, olives and cheese. Combine dressing ingredients. When ready to serve, toss all vegetables and olives. Top with cheese and serve with dressing.
