1 small | Green pepper,chopped |
½ cup | Shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 medium | Onion,chopped |
1 \N | Egg,slightly beaten |
2 \N | Garlic cloves,crushed |
4 \N | Peppers,any color |
1. Heat oven to 375'F.
2. Mix all ingredients, except whole peppers, in large bowl. Cut peppers lengthwise; remove seeds. Spoon stuffing mixture into pepper halves. Place in baking pan; cover. Bake 50 minutes. Remove cover and bake 10 minutes longer.
NOTE: For 2 servings, use 1 egg.
