Festive stuffed peppers

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups STOVE TOP Chicken Flavor Flexible Serving Stuffing Mix
1 \N Jar brown gravy (12 oz)
½ pounds Ground beef
1 small Green pepper,chopped
½ cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 medium Onion,chopped
1 \N Egg,slightly beaten
2 \N Garlic cloves,crushed
4 \N Peppers,any color

1. Heat oven to 375'F.

2. Mix all ingredients, except whole peppers, in large bowl. Cut peppers lengthwise; remove seeds. Spoon stuffing mixture into pepper halves. Place in baking pan; cover. Bake 50 minutes. Remove cover and bake 10 minutes longer.

NOTE: For 2 servings, use 1 egg.
