Festive stuffed peppers

| 1 | Jar brown gravy (12 oz) | |
| ½ | pounds | Ground beef |
| 1 | small | Green pepper,chopped |
| ½ | cup | Shredded mozzarella cheese |
| 1 | medium | Onion,chopped |
| 1 | Egg,slightly beaten | |
| 2 | Garlic cloves,crushed | |
| 4 | Peppers,any color | |
Directions
1. Heat oven to 375'F.
2. Mix all ingredients, except whole peppers, in large bowl. Cut peppers lengthwise; remove seeds. Spoon stuffing mixture into pepper halves. Place in baking pan; cover. Bake 50 minutes. Remove cover and bake 10 minutes longer.
NOTE: For 2 servings, use 1 egg.
