Fat free banana oatbran muffins (very good!)

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Ripe bananas
2 \N Egg whites
½ cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Baking power
2½ cup Oatbran; (3 C makes a less moist muffin)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Raisins; (raisins are optional)



Blend "A" in a blender. Pour into a bowl and stir in "B".

Mix well and spoon into paper muffin cups placed into a muffin tin. Cook at 425 F for 17 minutes. Cool. Makes 12 muffins.
