Fat boy restaurant apple pie

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 Apples
1 Unbaked 9" Pastry Shell
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Lemon Juice
¾ cup Flour
¼ cup Brown Sugar; Packed
¼ cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Pecans; Chopped
¾ cup Butter
Cheddar Cheese; Thinly Sliced

1. Peel, core and thinly slice apples.

2. Place in unbaked pastry shell; sprinkle with cinnamon and lemon juice.

3. Combine remaining ingredients; mix with hands until crumbly.

4. Sprinkle on top of apples, making sure that all of the apples are coated.

5. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, reduce temperature to 350 and bake for 45 minutes.

Serve with thinly sliced cheddar cheese.
