Far eastern salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (5-oz) crisp Chinese noodles
3 tablespoons Butter; melted
1 teaspoon Garlic salt
1 teaspoon Curry powder
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Liquid pepper seasoning
2 quarts Salad greens
2 tablespoons Sliced ripe olives
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
¼ teaspoon White pepper
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
⅓ cup Cider vinegar
1 Clove (small) garlic; crushed
1 cup Salad oil

FRENCH DRESSING

Heat noodles with butter and seasonings in a slow oven, 200ø, for 15 minutes. Toss hot noodles with greens, olives and French Dressing. For dressing, combine all ingredients except oil. Mix well, then add oil. Shake before use. Yield: 8 servings.
