Eggless applesauce cake

Yield: 1 9 x 13

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
3 tablespoons Cocoa
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
1 cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking soda
1 cup Nutmeats
1 cup Raisins
1½ cup Applesauce
½ cup Salad oil

Sift dry ingredients, add raisins and nuts, then applesauce and oil.

Beat well. Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan in 325 degree F. oven. Good without nuts, with a few extra raisins, or try a cup of Toasted Oatmeal.
