|1½ pounds||Ground Beef|
|¼ cup||Raw, grated potato up to 1/2 cup|
|¼ cup||Chopped Onion|
|¼ cup||Grated Carrot Salt;or less Pepper|
|½ cup||Broth; up to 1 cup gravy, tomato juice,etc|
|1 cup||Chopped Vegetables optional peas, carrots, green beans, celery|
|Green peppers etc|
Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350* for 1 hour. You do not have to add the optional vegetables, but it is a good way for children to learn to enjoy them.
