Edie's sweet and sour chicken

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
16 \N Pieces chicken
1 \N 8 ounce Russian Dressing
1 \N Envelope onion soup mix
½ cup Water
1 can (12 oz) apricot preserves
1 can (10 oz) Pineapple chunks

Mix together all ingredients. Marinate the chicken in the prepared mixture for at least 2 hours. (The longer you marinate, the better it will taste) Arrange chicken pieces in a casserole and pour left over marinade on top.

Cover and cook in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Uncover and bake until golden brown. Serve over rice.
