1 \N | 8 ounce Russian Dressing |
1 \N | Envelope onion soup mix |
½ cup | Water |
1 can | (12 oz) apricot preserves |
1 can | (10 oz) Pineapple chunks |
Mix together all ingredients. Marinate the chicken in the prepared mixture for at least 2 hours. (The longer you marinate, the better it will taste) Arrange chicken pieces in a casserole and pour left over marinade on top.
Cover and cook in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Uncover and bake until golden brown. Serve over rice.
