Eden isle chicken

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 To
4 Chicken breasts, halve, bone
1 Jar dried beef (2.5-oz)
6 To
8 slices Bacon
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Mushrooms (4-oz)
1 pint Sour cream
1 pack Cream cheese, softened, 3-oz

Layer beef in large buttered casserole. Wrap a slice of bacon around each breast. Place in casserole. Mix soup, sour cream, cheese and mushrooms thoroughly. Pour over chicken, spreading evenly. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees F for 2-½ hours. Take off cover the last 30 minutes. Serve over rice. Recipe courtesy of Karen Hosey, Cutoff, LA. (my cuz).
