½cupPineapple Juice;unsweetened
¼cupSoy Sauce
1teaspoonGarlic Powder
1teaspoonSesame Oil
2teaspoonsHoney
Peanut Oil;

Directions

Split hens in half, pat dry.

Combine all other ingredients except peanut oil, pour over game hens, refrigerate overnight.

Heat oven to broil. Adjust broiler rack to 4 inches below heating element. Coat rack with peanut oil and broil hens skin side down till brown. Turn hens over and broil other side till brown, basting occasionally with peanut oil. Internal temperature of hens should be 170F.

Serve with rice.
