Easy hamentashen

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Duncan HIness Deluxe Yellow Cake Mix
1 cup Flour
2 \N Eggs
2 tablespoons Water

Filling of choice (I usually use Solo ) Combine mix, flour, eggs and water in mixer til well blended. Roll out ¼ of dough at a time on a lightly floured surface to ⅛ " thickness. Cut into 21/2"-3" corcles. Place one tsp filling in center, draw up 3 sides to form a triangle and pinch edges together, lightly moistening edges with water if necessary. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 6-8 minutes or until golden.
