E-z chili

Yield: 10 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 teaspoons Oil
1 \N Onion; chopped
1 pounds Ground beef; (optional for
\N \N ; non-vegetarians)
3 pounds Canned crushed tomatoes; (2 cans)
3 pounds Canned chili beans; (2 cans)
2 teaspoons Chili powder
¼ cup Grated nacho cheese

Saut‚ onion and/or meat in bottom of pot. Add rest of ingredients except cheese. Mix and cook for at least one hour. Put cheese on top as garnish.
