2 cups | Cottage cheese (16 oz) |
½ cup | Parmesan cheese; grated |
2 teaspoons | Parsley flakes |
1 pounds | Cheeses; sliced |
3 cups | Spaghetti sauce |
Mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes. Divide all ingredients in half to make 2 each 9x9 baking dishes. In each dish: Layer noodles, ½ of sliced cheese, noodles, all of divided cheese mixture, noodles, ½ of sauce, rest of noodles and sliced cheese.
Top with rest of sauce. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour.
