Donna mills' smoked salmon log

Ingredients

| 16 | ounces | Red salmon |
| 8 | ounces | Cream cheese |
| 1 | tablespoon | Minced onion |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Liquid smoke or Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 | Cloves garlic;minced | |
| ½ | cup | Toasted;sliced almonds |
| 3 | tablespoons | Parsley |
Directions
Combine salmon,cheese,onion,liquid smoke and garlic in bowl.Shape into a log.Mix sliced almonds and parsley.Roll log in mixture,then wrap in Plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hr.
