Donna mills' smoked salmon log

Measure Ingredient
16 ounces Red salmon
8 ounces Cream cheese
1 tablespoon Minced onion
⅛ teaspoon Liquid smoke or Worcestershire sauce
2 \N Cloves garlic;minced
½ cup Toasted;sliced almonds
3 tablespoons Parsley

Combine salmon,cheese,onion,liquid smoke and garlic in bowl.Shape into a log.Mix sliced almonds and parsley.Roll log in mixture,then wrap in Plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hr.
