Donna mills' smoked salmon log

Ingredients

16ouncesRed salmon
8ouncesCream cheese
1tablespoonMinced onion
teaspoonLiquid smoke or Worcestershire sauce
2Cloves garlic;minced
½cupToasted;sliced almonds
3tablespoonsParsley

Directions

Combine salmon,cheese,onion,liquid smoke and garlic in bowl.Shape into a log.Mix sliced almonds and parsley.Roll log in mixture,then wrap in Plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hr.
