|5 mediums||Zucchini, Sliced 1/4" Thick|
|1½ cup||Chicken Broth|
|4 tablespoons||Unsalted Butter|
|2 tablespoons||Snipped Fresh Dill|
|Salt And Pepper To Taste|
Combine zucchini, chicken broth and butter in a 3 quart microwave safe dish. Cover dish with plastic wrap, leaving one corner open to vent.
Cook on high power, stirring once, for 10 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer zucchini to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with dill, season with salt and pepper, toss to combine. Serve hot. From: Syd's Cookbook.
