Yield: 4 Servings
|5 cups||Soup stock or chicken broth|
|½ pounds||Winter melon; diced|
|¼ cup||Chicken; diced|
|4||Water chestnuts; diced|
Place stock or broth in a pot. Cover & bring to a boil. Add winter melon, chicken & water chestnuts. Simmer 10 min. Season to taste w/ salt and MSG.
