Diabetic fresh fruit medley

Ingredients

12mediumsSize bananas; sliced
1smallOrange; sectioned
½cupSeedless grapes;
1tablespoonFrozen orange juice; concentrate;
¼cupLow-fat yogurt;
2tablespoonsPart-skin ricotta cheese:
teaspoonGround ginger;
teaspoonGround cinnamon;
½teaspoonPure vanilla extract;
½teaspoonPure vanilla extract;
4Walnut halves;

Directions

Place all fruit in a bowl and mix in frozen orange juice concentrate.

In a blender, combine yogurt, ricotta, ginger, cinnamon and vanilla.

Portion the friut into dessert bowls, top each with yogurt-ricotta sauce and garnish with a walnut half.
