Denver bacon burrito

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Slices Louis Rich Turkey Bacon
2 \N Flour tortillas (7\")
¼ \N Red or green bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon Chopped onion
½ cup Cholesterol-free egg product
2 tablespoons Shredded cheddar cheese

Heat turkey bacon in a small nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Place 1 bacon slice on each tortilla.

Add bell pepper and onion to hot skillet; cook and stir 2 minutes.

Add egg substitute to bell pepper mixture; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until set.

Divide egg mixture between tortillas, sprinkle with cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper if desired. Fold tortillas over filling.
