1 pack | (2 lb.) frozen hash browns |
1 can | Cream potato soup |
1 tablespoon | Onions; chopped |
\N \N | Green Peppers; to taste |
8 ounces | Sour Cream |
\N \N | Salt & Pepper; to taste |
Sprinkle parsley and paprika on top. Mix and let stand 45 minutes, then bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Add milk while baking so it won't get it dry.
