Deluxe potatoes

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (2 lb.) frozen hash browns
1 can Cream potato soup
1 tablespoon Onions; chopped
\N \N Green Peppers; to taste
8 ounces Sour Cream
\N \N Salt & Pepper; to taste

Sprinkle parsley and paprika on top. Mix and let stand 45 minutes, then bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Add milk while baking so it won't get it dry.
