Delmonico's deviled chicken

Ingredients

| 1 | tablespoon | Mustard,prepared |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Bread crumbs, freshly made |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter, softened |
| 1 | tablespoon | Vinegar |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Cayenne, or to taste |
Directions
Prehead oven to 375f. Wipe the chicken with a paper towel. Mix the= butter, mustard, vinegar, salt and cayenne, and rub the mixture all over the skin side of the chicken.=14Place the chicken, skin side up, in a shallow= roasting pan.
