| 1 | gallon | Milk |
| 8 | eaches | Egg yolks |
| 4 | teaspoons | Cornstarch |
| Salt | ||
| 5 | eaches | Or 6 Tbsp vanilla |
Directions
Cook milk, yolks, cornstarch, salt, and vanilla over hot water in a double boiler it until coats a spoon. Cool. Chill in refrigerator.
