Curry mayonnaise

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pint Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Onion juice
3 tablespoons Ketchup
1 tablespoon Curry powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 pinch Cloves
1 Clove garlic; minced
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Makes 1¾ cups. Hollow out center of a well-shaped red cabbage. Gently spread outer leaves (it should resemble a giant rose). Fill cavity with dip and surround with arrangements of raw vegetables. MRS RAY FULLER (MARY)
