1 | each | Small Yellow Onion |
5 | pounds | Sour Cream |
2 | teaspoons | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Black Pepper |
2 | tablespoons | Parsley Flake |
3 | tablespoons | Dill Weed |
Directions
Peel and finely dice the cucumbers. Dice the onion the same size.
Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Taste and let set overnight.
Taste again and make any neccessary adjustments.
Serve with gyros.
