Measure Ingredient
6 eaches Tbps. flour
1 each Whole egg
2 eaches Tbps. water
¼ teaspoon Salt

Measure the four onto a bread board. make a well in the center and add the egg, water and salt. Knead with your hands until a firm dough is formed. Roll the dough into a rectangle ½ inch thick. Cut into strips 1 x ½ inches and roll into cylinders with the palm of your hand. Add to hot soup or goulash 30 minutes before serving. Csipetke
