2 teaspoons Coriander Seeds
1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns
12 \N Cloves, whole
1½ teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 teaspoon Cardamom Seeds
1 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
1½ teaspoon Fenugreek
½ teaspoon Ginger, ground
½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Flakes
1 teaspoon Chili Powder, ground
