Creole chili con carne

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Salad oil
½ cup Onions,minced
¼ cup Celery,diced
½ cup Green bell pepper,chopped
¾ pounds Ground beef,lean
1 tablespoon Flour,all-purpose
1 can Red beans w/chili gravy(16oz
1 cup Water
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon Steak sauce
\N \N Crackers
\N \N Rice,cooked

1. Heat oil in large skillet; saute onion, celery and bell pepper until golden.

2. Stir in beef; saute until red color disapppears. 3. Stir in flour; add kidney beans, water, salt, pepper sauce and steak sauce.

4. Simmer, stirring often, until desired thickness. 5. Serve with crackers or rice.
