Creole chili con carne

| ¼ | cup | Celery,diced |
| ½ | cup | Green bell pepper,chopped |
| ¾ | pounds | Ground beef,lean |
| 1 | tablespoon | Flour,all-purpose |
| 1 | can | Red beans w/chili gravy(16oz |
| 1 | cup | Water |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Hot pepper sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon | Steak sauce |
| Crackers | ||
| Rice,cooked | ||
Directions
1. Heat oil in large skillet; saute onion, celery and bell pepper until golden.
2. Stir in beef; saute until red color disapppears. 3. Stir in flour; add kidney beans, water, salt, pepper sauce and steak sauce.
4. Simmer, stirring often, until desired thickness. 5. Serve with crackers or rice.
