Creamy baked broccoli & chicken breast (bw)

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Whole Chicken Breasts
4 \N Swiss Cheese slices, 4\"x4\"
½ cup Dry White Wine
½ teaspoon Green onions
½ cup Bell pepper
½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 cup Herb seasoned stuffing mix
¼ cup Melted Butter
\N \N Garlic powder
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 can Cream of broccoli & chicken soup (10 oz can)

Arrange split, skinned and boned chicken breasts in a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and wine; stir well. Spoon sauce evenly over chicken and sprinkle with crushed stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over stuffing. If desired, sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes.
