2-4 tbls. butter
½teaspoonSalt
Pepper
cupMilk

Directions

Add grated onion to tomatoes, simmer for a few minutes and strain.

Make a cream sauce of the flour, seasonings, butter and milk. Remove from heat. Pour strained tomatoes graually into cream sauce, stirring quickly. Serve at once. Serves 6. AR/93 Submitted By SHARON STEVENS On 11-10-94
