Cream of cauliflower soup #2

Ingredients
| Quantity | Ingredient | |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | small | Head cauliflower; broken into florets |
| 1 | large | Onion; chopped |
| 1 | Clove garlic; chopped | |
| 2 | cups | Chicken stock |
| 1 | Bay leaf; crushed | |
| Salt and white pepper to taste | ||
| 1 | dash | Cayenne pepper |
| ¼ | cup | Heavy cream |
Directions
Cook all ingredients, except cream, over medium heat for 20 minutes or until cauliflower is tender. Transfer to blender and blend until smooth, adding cream. Serve hot.
