Country-style chicken cutlets

| ¾ | cup | Bread crumbs |
| ¼ | cup | Parmesan cheese; grated |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard; optional |
| 6 | Boneless skinless chicken breast halves; OR turkey cutlets (about 1 1/2 pounds) | |
| ¼ | cup | All-purpose flour |
| 2 | Eggs; slightly beaten | |
| ¼ | cup | Butter or margarine; melted |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, toroughly combine golden onion soup mix, bread crumbs, cheese and mustard. Dip chicken in flour, then eggs, then bread crumb mixture, until evenly coated. In lightly greased 13 X 9" baking or roasting pan, arrange chicken; drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered, turning once, 20 minutes or until done.
