Ingredients

½cupDiced salt pork or bacon
3mediumsPotatoes; peeled, diced
¼cupMinced onion
2cupsWater
1can(20-oz) cream style corn
2teaspoonsSalt
1dashPepper
2cupsLight cream; scalded

Directions

Cook pork over medium heat until brown. Add remaining ingredients except cream. Cook until potatoes are tender. Stir in cream; heat but do not boil.

Serves 4.
