Yield: 4 Servings
Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
½ cup | Diced salt pork or bacon |
3 mediums | Potatoes; peeled, diced |
¼ cup | Minced onion |
2 cups | Water |
1 can | (20-oz) cream style corn |
2 teaspoons | Salt |
1 dash | Pepper |
2 cups | Light cream; scalded |
Cook pork over medium heat until brown. Add remaining ingredients except cream. Cook until potatoes are tender. Stir in cream; heat but do not boil.
Serves 4.
