Cool vegetable salsa for grilled grouper

1tablespoonMelted butter seasoned salt and pepper to taste
1cupDiced tomatoes 3/8\"
½cupPeeled and seeded cucumber diced 3/8\"
1tablespoonFresh chopped cilantro
½cupDiced red bell pepper
¼cupDiced onion 3/8\"
2tablespoonsLime juice
2tablespoonsOlive oil
2tablespoonsTomato juice or V8
½teaspoonSalt
1dashJalepeno Tabasco
¼teaspoonMinced garlic

Directions
