Cooked turkey giblets and broth

Ingredients

| Turkey neck | ||
| Turkey giblets reserve liver | ||
| 1 | large | Onion; cut |
| 1 | Celery with leaves; cut | |
| Parsley | ||
| 1 | Bay leaf | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Salt |
| 1 | quart | Water |
Directions
Place all ingredients (except liver) in saucepan. Cover and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer 2 hours. Add liver for last 15 minutes.
Strain. Use broth as desired. Chop giblets. Use as desired.
