\N \N | Turkey giblets reserve liver |
1 large | Onion; cut |
1 \N | Celery with leaves; cut |
\N \N | Parsley |
1 \N | Bay leaf |
2 teaspoons | Salt |
1 quart | Water |
Place all ingredients (except liver) in saucepan. Cover and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer 2 hours. Add liver for last 15 minutes.
Strain. Use broth as desired. Chop giblets. Use as desired.
