Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Shredded or chopped cabbage (I used green) |
1 \N | Carrot, shredded |
2 tablespoons | Nonfat or lowfat mayo |
1 teaspoon | (heaping) honey mustard OR- |
1 teaspoon | Dijon -and- |
1 teaspoon | Honey, mixed |
2 teaspoons | Cider vinegar |
½ teaspoon | Sesame seeds |
Combine cabbage and carrots in a bowl, and set aside. Mix other ingredients in a small bowl - stir well - add to cabbage and carrot. I would have used a half tsp of celery seed if I had it, but I didn't. Feel free to experiment. I might also try it with a shredded tart apple added.
