|2 cups||Shredded or chopped cabbage (I used green)|
|2 tablespoons||Nonfat or lowfat mayo|
|1 teaspoon||(heaping) honey mustard OR-|
|1 teaspoon||Dijon -and-|
|1 teaspoon||Honey, mixed|
|2 teaspoons||Cider vinegar|
|½ teaspoon||Sesame seeds|
Combine cabbage and carrots in a bowl, and set aside. Mix other ingredients in a small bowl - stir well - add to cabbage and carrot. I would have used a half tsp of celery seed if I had it, but I didn't. Feel free to experiment. I might also try it with a shredded tart apple added.
