Classic salsa (hot!)

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Tomatoes; peeled, chopped
2 tablespoons Cilantro; minced
2 tablespoons Onion, red; minced
1 teaspoon Chilies, hot; minced
dash Honey or alternative
Chili powder
Salt
Wine vinegar or lemon juice

Combine tomatoes, cilantro, onion and hot pepper.

Season to taste with sweetener, chili powder, salt, and wine vinegar.

Yields 2½ cups.
